01 / What we run
Most estates are three disconnected programmes with three sets of numbers and no shared definition of healthy. We operate them as one system — shared identity, one delivery pipeline, one observability layer — and report against service levels the business already tracks.
02 / Reference architecture
Infrastructure should not be a stack of disconnected tools. We engineer it as a living system: resilient at the core, intelligent at the edge, accountable everywhere.

03 / Capabilities
Each practice can stand alone, but they are designed to compose. Most engagements start in one domain and expand once the first measurable win lands.
Well-architected landing zones, migration at pace, and container platforms your teams can actually operate — with cost control built in from day one.
Trusted data products instead of dashboard sprawl. We build the pipelines, models and governance that make numbers defensible in a board meeting.
Product-grade engineering for the systems that differentiate you: web platforms, APIs, mobile apps and the modernisation of software you cannot switch off.
Security engineering, not security paperwork. We harden identity, workloads and data, then prove the controls work with evidence auditors accept.
Advisory that ends in an executable plan: current-state assessment, target architecture, sequenced roadmap and the business case to fund it.
The connective tissue of a large estate: ERP and core-system integration, workflow automation, managed infrastructure and long-run platform operations.
Spend you can forecast and defend. We baseline cloud and AI costs, model the short- and long-term investment case, then leave the guardrails and backlog that keep savings real.
AI that satisfies your regulator, your residency rules and your security team. We design the hybrid and sovereign architecture, then pressure-test models, data and controls.
04 / Solutions in practice
Five of the engagements we are asked for most often. Each one has a defined shape, a defined first milestone, and a defined way of proving it worked.
We start with a landing zone that encodes your security, network and cost policy as code, then migrate in waves — each wave measured, reversible and documented. You end up with a platform your own engineers can extend.
Multi-account structure, identity, network segmentation and guardrails in Terraform.
Assessment, dependency mapping, rehost/replatform/refactor decisions per workload.
Right-sizing, commitment planning and chargeback so the bill stays explainable.
DR runbooks, failover testing and recovery objectives verified, not assumed.
We consolidate reporting onto a modelled, governed platform — then build the data products that answer real questions: margin by customer, churn risk, supply exposure, operating cost per unit.
Batch and streaming ingestion, medallion layers, ELT orchestration and testing.
Business definitions written once, reused by every dashboard and API consumer.
Catalogue, lineage, quality rules, access control and PII classification.
Forecasting, segmentation and anomaly detection deployed into workflows.
Senior-led product teams building web platforms, APIs and internal systems with automated testing, CI/CD and observability from the first sprint — so the second year of the product is cheaper than the first.
Outcome mapping, architecture spikes and a shippable slice in weeks, not quarters.
Contract-driven services, versioning discipline and gateway policy management.
Strangler-pattern decomposition of monoliths with zero-downtime cutovers.
Automated regression, performance budgets and accessibility baked into CI.
We assess the estate against a recognised control framework, fix the exploitable gaps in priority order, and stand up detection and response that a real team can run at 3am.
Least privilege, conditional access, privileged access management and MFA coverage.
Cloud posture management, container and pipeline security, secrets hygiene.
SIEM use-case engineering, SOAR playbooks and incident response rehearsals.
Control mapping and evidence packs aligned to ISO 27001, SOC 2 and DPDP duties.
An SRE-shaped operations practice with defined service levels, on-call rotation, error budgets and a monthly engineering backlog aimed at removing the causes of recurring incidents.
Metrics, logs, traces and synthetic checks with actionable, low-noise alerting.
SLOs agreed with the business, reported transparently every month.
Root-cause elimination tracked as engineering work, not a status column.
Patch cadence, config drift control and quarterly resilience testing.
05 / Why Vandorq
01
Every engagement starts with a written target architecture and a decision log. You know what is being built, why, and what was rejected.
02
The people who scoped your project are the people who build it. No handover to an unnamed team after the proposal is signed.
03
Identity, encryption, logging and least privilege are part of the first design review — not a remediation project after go-live.
04
Infrastructure, pipelines, policies and environments are versioned and reproducible. Nothing critical lives only in someone's console history.
05
We hold no resale quota. Platform recommendations are made on fit, total cost and your team's ability to operate them.
06
Documentation, runbooks and enablement sessions are deliverables, not favours. Staying with us should be a choice, never a dependency.
06 / Delivery model
The same four-stage model runs behind every practice. It is deliberately unglamorous: decide before building, build in slices, prove each slice, then run it properly.
Stage 01
Two to four weeks. Current-state discovery across infrastructure, data, applications and security, ending in a prioritised findings pack and business case.
Stage 02
Target architecture, non-functional requirements, platform selection and a sequenced roadmap with cost, risk and dependency mapping made explicit.
Stage 03
Delivery in two-week increments with automated pipelines, environment parity, documented decisions and a demonstrable outcome at the end of each cycle.
Stage 04
Service levels, observability, on-call and continuous improvement — or a complete handover to your team with the runbooks to make it stick.
Good technology decisions are boring to explain and expensive to reverse. We spend our energy on the first part so you never pay for the second.
Innovation, kept practical
Our engineering group runs a standing evaluation cycle: new platform services, AI tooling and security capabilities are tested against reference workloads before they ever reach a client roadmap.
Pre-built landing zones, data platform blueprints and CI/CD templates shorten delivery.
Practical evaluation of LLM and automation use cases with explicit data-protection boundaries.
07 / Industries
We are most useful where availability, auditability and data protection are non-negotiable — and where a bad architecture decision shows up on the P&L.
